Available payment options are check, cash, or
credit card. Payment is expected at the time of service unless other
arrangements are made. Computer generated claim forms will be provided and
submitted on request. Any insurance plan that reimburses for services provided
is accepted. Once the insurance company has verified
coverage, along with deductible and co-pay amounts, clients can arrange
to pay only these amounts at the time of service. The easiest way for a
prospective client to determine what is covered is to call the mental
health/substance abuse number or the customer service number on the
insurance card.
